"Leadership begins with an awakening. It begins with our hearts waking up to hear the call of God, ‘the voice of one crying out in the wilderness.. Prepare the Way of the LORD’ (Isaiah 40:3-5). As we look further into the passage, we get an image of hearts being shaped to be God's people. We see rugged places of our hearts made smooth and the high places, the prideful places, brought low so that we can be everything that God wants us to be ...so that we can see the glory of God all around us.

Leadership Advance is a three-day leadership development conference for college students, grad students and even some high school students. This year's theme is 'Awakening.' We’re excited about how God wants to use this time to wake up hearts. Over the course of the last few years we've seen a lot of people come through Leadership Advance who have had their hearts touched and transformed by God. God has used Leadership Advance to develop better leaders in every area of life: in business, in the arts, in science, and for some, in a calling to full-time vocational ministry.

Leadership Advance will be a time to sit with God and with other people as you awaken to find out how God has shaped you. It will also be a time for to wake up to the world around you. Most importantly, it will be a time for you to connect with God and awaken to His call on your life."

RETURNING PARTICIPANTS: Leadership Advance is a one-time experience. Occasionally some participants have an interest in attending an additional year. We celebrate returning participants, however much of the content in the main sessions is repeated from year to year. Regardless, we’ve found returning participants have appreciated the opportunity to return and apply things on a deeper level. Since a returning participant will most likely transfer their assessment results from the previous year, registration cost is pro-rated (deducting assessment expense: $35).
